You can deduct donations to xplris for tax purposes
xplris gUG (haftungsbeschränkt) is recognized as a non-profit organization by the tax office (Finanzamt Dresden-Nord, Rabenerstraße 1, 01069 Dresden).
Donations to xplris gemeinnützige UG are tax deductible according to Section 10b of the Income Tax Act (EStG). We confirm that the donations will only be used to promote charitable purposes in promoting education according to Section 52 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 7 of the Tax Code (AO).
If you pay taxes in Germany
Donations up to €300 per year can be tax deducted without needing a donation receipt according to Section 50 Paragraph 4 No. 2 Letter b of the Income Tax Implementation Ordinance (EStDV 1955). Simply keep your bank statement along with this document as proof for the tax office.
For donations over €300, we will provide you with a donation receipt so you can claim them for tax purposes. Please email donations (at) xplris.org with your full name and address so we can send you your donation receipt.
If you pay taxes outside of Germany
You can email donations (at) xplris.org with the country you are residing in. We will check the procedure for tax deductions in your country and provide you with the necessary details for making a bank transfer donation.
